The Board of Directors has approved to expand the shareholder base with a total of 222,263,022 shares at a nominal value of \u20ac0.09, to be fully paid at the time of subscription. The stock closed today at \u20ac0.11 per share, making the subscription price of this capital increase reflect a 22.2% discount.<\/p>\n<p>The main shareholders support the company&#8217;s strategy and show a new sign of their confidence by ensuring the subscription of at least a percentage of new shares equivalent to their current shareholding in this capital increase. All shareholders of the company hold preferential subscription rights of one new share for every six current shares, a right that can be exercised by those who have acquired shares up to the date the subscription offer announcement is made public.<\/p>\n<p>This capital injection strengthens the company&#8217;s strategy to boost its growth in both the diversification of its product portfolio and its international expansion. In addition to reinforcing the business units of Intelligent Robots and Aerospace and Defense, two sectors currently experiencing global growth and development, Airtificial will advance important R&amp;D developments. This aligns with its strategy to diversify its product portfolio by generating intra-group synergies and applying its engineering and materials know-how to enter new sectors, such as the pharmaceuticals, where automated lines with artificial intelligence will be applied to drug manufacturing.
