Airtificial Group has extended three water engineering contracts in Peru and Colombia to provide consultancy for the design of riverbank defenses and the optimization and expansion of a wastewater treatment plant. This region, one of the 24 departments of Peru, is home to more than 2.1 million people. The program was designed by Peru\u2019s National Infrastructure Authority in collaboration with the Spanish company OHLA.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The second project, also in Peru, involves supervising the execution of the Protection Program for Valleys and Rural Populations Vulnerable to Flooding. Designed by the Subsectoral Irrigation Program (PSI) under the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI), this extension aims to reduce the vulnerability of the Ca\u00f1ete, Chincha, and Pisco valleys. This will be achieved by improving prevention infrastructures to control overflows and flooding from the rivers of the same names. Developed by the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca (CAR Cundinamarca), this project is part of the Bogot\u00e1 River Sanitation and Recovery Plan.
