Executive Management

Born in Mallorca in 1977. Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and the University of Bielefeld (Germany). Subsequently Master’s degree in Digital Business (MIB) from ISDI, PDD from IESE in Madrid and various executive programmes at schools such as IE in Madrid, or EMST in Berlin.

Guillermo has more than twenty years of management and leadership experience in industrial companies, both multinationals such as Robert Bosch GmbH or Thyssenkrupp AG as well as family companies such as Trilux, covering the automotive, vertical transport, lighting, glass and energy sectors. Guillermo has developed his professional career living in different multicultural and geographical environments such as Spain, Germany, China and the Middle East.

José María joined AIRTIFICIAL as Chief Financial Officer in December 2022.

For the last fifteen years he has worked in one of the Big Four professional services firms with an international presence providing audit services to clients from various sectors, mainly listed banking groups.

In addition, he has extensive experience in coordinating the tasks of the specialists who collaborate in these processes (FRM, Financial Instruments Group, Tax, Pensions, Transfer Pricing, Forensic, etc.), as well as those carried out by the different teams responsible for the work in foreign countries.

José has managed highly complex processes, due to the number of companies involved, the applicable regulations, the magnitude of the operations or the cross-border implications, among others.

At Airtificial CW since 2018. Over 29 years of professional experience, 18 of which have been outside Spain, he has worked on major international engineering, infrastructure, and consulting projects, holding positions ranging from project roles to senior management in various globally established engineering companies.

Luis holds a degree in Civil Engineering (Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos) from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an Executive MBA in Sustainable Economy.

He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Complutense University of Madrid, a degree in Mining Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and a PDG from IESE.

He has 30 years of international experience across the Automotive, Mining, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Food, and Packaging sectors, having held General Management positions for the past 12 years.

He specializes in managing high-performance teams in complex, dynamic, and growth-oriented environments, designing and enabling the implementation of business strategies to achieve objectives.

He has extensive hands-on experience in operational efficiency, financial management, HR policies, R&D&I strategies, international expansion, market share growth, and diversification, with a strong focus on value creation and on translating market and customer needs throughout the organization.
