DESIGN OF RIPARIAN DEFENSES OF THE LACRAMARCA RIVER (PACKAGE R-07)

Creation of a flood protection service in the Lacramarca river basin, including technical validation, detailed design, obtention of the necessary permits, and the release of property conditions and interferences for the construction of the solutions defined in the studies at the level of the profile declared feasible.
The contract is divided into 4 sub-projects along the Lacramarca River:
– Subproject I. Section 0+000 to 3+700.
The works to be carried out in Subproject I include the construction of river defences (dikes), the construction of slopes (retaining walls), the construction of a channel system, the demolition and reconstruction of two bridges, the restoration of the affected public services and the Environmental Management-Monitoring and Control of the works.
– Subproject II. Section 3+700 to 21+900.
The works to be carried out in Subproject II include the construction of river defences (dikes), the construction of slopes (retaining walls), the construction of a chanel systems
– Subproject III. Section 21+900 to 22+050.
The works to be carried out in the Subproject III include the construction of river defences (dikes), the construction of canal systems, the construction of an irrigation return work, the construction and equipment of 3 irrigation intakes, the construction of a vehicular bridge and the Environmental Management-Monitoring and Control of the works.
– Subproject IV. Section 21+900 to 22+050.
The works to be carried out in the Subproject IV include the construction of river defences (dikes), the construction of a channel system in the Toro stream at its meeting with the Lacramarca river, the execution of the hydromechanical equipment of 45 irrigation intakes, the construction of the pedestrian walkway on the edge of the city on the east boardwalk and the Lacramarca river, the construction of the tree-lined walkway in the Av. Pescadores, the redesign of existing housing, the construction of the Malecon to the sea, the Environmental Management-Monitoring and Control of the works, disaster risk awareness, training and archaeological monitoring of the project.
