BOLIVIA

The services of the Technical and Environmental Oversight unit have been procured by ABC in order for the project to be completed optimally in technical and environmental terms.

The tasks of the Technical Oversight unit are:

  • Updating and validating the study, adjusting it to the available resources.
  • Once the final design of the study has been updated and approved, the Technical Oversight unit will take on the technical responsibility of the study.
  • Securing the release of the land needed for construction.
  • Monitoring the works to ensure they are completed correctly.

PROJECT FOR DEDICATED PUBLIC TRANSPORT PLATFORMS AND SERVICE ROADS ON THE SECTION: MADRID-NAVALCARNERO. HIGHWAY A-5.

Project for the construction of roadways for the exclusive use of collective transport between kilometer point 8+300 and kilometer point 22+000, as well as service routes at kilometer point 9+000 and kilometer point 22+000, following on from existing ones.

Approximate length of the A-5 stretch, in the project area: 13.7 km

Length of dedicated public transport platforms: 27.5 km

STRUCTURE OF ROAD CONCESSIONS FOR SEVERAL HIGHWAY GROUPS IN COLOMBIA. FONADE.

COLOMBIA

The project comprises the following activities:

  • Corroboration of the Works Plan proposed by the Government of Colombia, for which the study is conducted to outline the type of work in each corridor according to the demand, safety and existing infrastructure.
  • Undertaking and completing studies and designs for concessions
  • Risk analysis, and the technical, financial and legal structuring for the different corridors and the preparation of their respective audits
  • From preparing contractual specifications, promoting bids and tenders and providing guidance during the selection process, to signing the public-private partnership contract and financial closure.

It will be carried out in two stages:

  • Stage 1: Due diligence, corroboration of the Works Plan and structuring.
  • Stage 2: The promotion and tender process.

The total length of the roads under this project is 1389 km, of which 689 km are sections of the road on which solely maintenance and restoration are planned, 159 km are for the construction of new road sections (improvement, variants and construction of second roadways), while the Comprehensive Structuring Agent is tasked with deciding on the definitive work to be carried out on the rest of the length of roads.

COMPREHENSIVE AUDIT OF THE CONCESSION AGREEMENT FOR THE CARIBBEAN ROUTE.

COLOMBIA

The purpose of the agreement is the ongoing review, verification, analysis and conceptualization of all the technical, financial, property, environmental, operational, legal and administrative matters relating to the Concession Agreement. The concession project comprises seven (7) sections and four (4) toll stations with a total length of 293 km on one (1) roadway.

The basic scope includes operating and maintaining the sections that are included in the project throughout the time of the concession agreement.
