DRAFTING THE PRELIMINARY DESIGN FOR THE GIPUZKOA ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER TENDER, STAGE 2

Drafting the preliminary design using BIM methodology along with assisting to prepare stage 2 documents for the Gipuzkoa Environmental Center tender. Drawing up the design for independent waste treatment, which includes the incinerator slag treatment plant with a treatment capacity of 52,000 t/year, along with the dry-fermentation plant for separately collected organic fraction with a capacity of 40,000 t/year, scalable to 60,000 t/year.

PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR MONITORING AND MANAGING WORKS AT THE ALT EMPORDÀ MUNICIPAL WASTE TREATMENT CENTER

Drawing up the preliminary draft, overseeing the concessionaire’s draft of the construction plan, managing the project and site (including coordinating health and safety), and monitoring plant start-up. The waste treatment center is designed to separately treat two fractions of collected municipal waste, which mainly consist of:

MSW treatment facility with a capacity of 60,000 t/year, scalable to 85,000 t/year.
Treatment facility for separately collected organic fraction of municipal waste with a capacity of 10,000 t/year, scalable to 25,000 t/year.

BUILDING AND FITTING OUT THE EL PINALITO LANDFILL, IN GRACIAS, LEMPIRA

HONDURAS

Building the El Pinalito mechanized landfill, including preliminary works, construction works in the cell, special waste works, supplementary works, and fitting out. Ensuring the sustainability of the comprehensive solid waste system, while taking into account the identification and reinstatement of system operation-related municipal regulations, orders and changes to municipal tax plans ensuring the financial sustainability of joint landfills, and the intermunicipal commission established for delegating the task of overseeing the system is used properly and all facilities are kept in good conditions. This also included a collection and final disposal system, which requires acquiring the materials, machinery, and equipment for street sweeping, collection and final disposal of solid waste. Providing technical support to the association of towns and the towns belonging to said association for implementing the recommended collection routes and setting up the recommended tariff system.
